As a recreational long distance runner, I had persistent aches and pains. Massage, physio, needling etc. provided short term relief. A friend recommended Bowen therapy. I have been to Wendy’s Bowen sessions over the past 3 or 4 years now. Whenever I have any kind of issues like sciatica, muscle soreness (from over doing things at work or in the garden) or pinched nerve in my neck I have found excellent relief from the pain it has caused and have found muscles returned to their normal state. Wendy is a lovely lady and has very calm and friendly manner. I always feel much more relaxed after her sessions. Wendy also has great follow up stretches and advice on how to care myself after each session. I found the Bowen therapy that Wendy does has great lasting effects and I only go when I have done something unusual to my body. But it’s good to go for a general balance of the muscles too. Makes a huge difference to the way I walk and to the strength of my muscles. Thanks Wendy.

I can’t speak of Wendy highly enough. Arriving on my first consultation with acute back pain and struggling to walk standing straight, I left feeling better than I had in weeks. Given my type of work, my back pain returned, however after second and third treatments targeting the area I felt better each time. I am now pain free. Thank you, Wendy!!!

I have been treated by Wendy for about 3 years now. She is professional, caring, friendly and an excellent Bowen Therapist. She settled my initial problems quiet quickly and I still see her regularly for maintenance treatments which keep me feeling healthy and pain free. Any new issues that have arisen over the years have been resolved by her as well.

I have been seeing Wendy on and off for different issues from when she qualified as a Bowen Therapist all those years ago.
Wendy is very attentive, warm, kind, welcoming, professional who knows her stuff; who keeps updated with the latest techniques and has magic fingers.
I always walk out of the clinic ‘lighter’ and have the best night’s sleep after a session. A lot of the times, after one or two sessions, whatever issue I had, has been rectified. I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone! 🙌

Wendy was amazing. She was kind, loving and listened to every thing I had to say. We went initially because one of my babies wasn’t crawling correctly, was dragging a leg behind him and had been just a very tight baby from birth. Within four sessions of Bowen, his body had relaxed off significantly, he was using both legs with equal strength and he started crawling! We can’t thank Wendy enough. She is amazing. Highly recommend.
